The Bank started its operations from 12 October 2007.

The issued capital of the Bank is NPR 1 Billion, out of which NPR 700 Million has already been paid by the promoters, and NPR 300 Million will be issued to the public in due time. As per the Central Bank directives, the Bank's capital will be raised to NPR 2 billion within the next two years.


The Bank started its operations from 12 October 2007.

As per the Central Bank guidelines, audited report will be published after the close of the Nepalese fiscal year ending July 15, 2008.
