Requirement & Procedures
Prospective candidates who wish to seek employment with the Bank must fulfill the following criteria:
- Must be a Nepali Citizen
- Must have successfully completed graduation degree from a reputed institution within or outside Nepal
- For Management Trainees, must have a post graduate degree in related field with work experience of less than two years
- For lateral moves, must have worked in the financial sector for at least one year, preferably two
- Must meet the age criteria of the Bank set for various positions.
Recruitment Process to become a member of the Bank of Asia Family:
- Submit application (cover letter) with resume / CV. (No mark sheets/certificates required at this stage). Resume must mention results of each academic degree and provide two references who are not related to the applicant.
- Only Short-Listed candidates will be called for the next round of selection process, which includes either or combination or all of the following:
Written test(s) and / or
Group Discussion(s) and / or
Interview(s) (depending upon positions / management decision).
- Successfully clears medical test as per the Bank's guidelines.
- Satisfactory references are obtained of the applicant.
Please note that ONLY those who are selected among the successful candidates from the recruitment process will qualify for employment.
