Introduction
Bank of Asia Nepal Limited is the 22nd commercial bank of Nepal. It is incorporated under the companies Act 2063 as 'A' Class financial institution. Paid up capital of the Bank is NPR 1 Billion, out of which 70% is from promoters and balance 30% is from general public. Bank is increasing its paid up capital to NRP 2 Billion by FY 2009/10. The shares of the Bank are listed with NEPSE.Branch Network
